Challenge

To provide themed entertainment for both adults and children throughout the long weekend.

Delivery

  • Created children’s area with large inflatables, supervised creche spaces, face painters, balloons benders and an arts and crafts stall – all within an aviation theme.
  • Roaming pilot stilt walkers.
  • Bespoke vocal group created – 3 ‘cabin crew’ singers broke out in to three-part harmony songs with full choreography.
  • Crooning pilot on main stage area.
  • Local Arabic entertainment also provided.
