• Liaise with various suppliers including, but not limited to, the following: audio visual requirements for speeches, presentations and entertainment, branding throughout the venues, invitation design and printing, supply of hostesses in tailor made outfits, gifts and gift bag production, photographer producing instant prints on site.
• Online RSVP management and guest registration via ipads.
